***Weekly Service Customers:*** Service invoices are sent at the end of your service month and due by the 15th. Auto-Pay can be set up for the 10th of every month using your Mastercard, Visa or Discover. SPRING CONDITIONING: ALL pools are subject to a $60.00 charge for chemical replacement due to draining down of pool from rain incurred during winter months. POLLYWOG POOL & SPA SERVICE & REPAIR is not responsible for: Maintaining proper water levels in pool/spa; cleaning and/or removal of oil, scum, mineral deposits on tile or pool finish; lost animals; clean-up of excess debris due to nature or vandalism. Service is contingent upon the owner keeping the pool support equipment in good repair. Customer needs to empty the skimmer baskets and/or cleaner bag, in addition to their regular service day, for proper circulation and to prevent pump and filtration problems. Pool filtration system must run for recommended time. A qualified Pool Technician will service your pool weekly, excluding major Holidays (a minimum of 48 weeks per year). Pollywog Pools does not service on major holidays and December 24th – January 1st. |

- Run filtration equipment for recommended length of time. When in doubt, run
pool filter for about one hour for every 10o F outside. - Keep all filtration baskets clean to keep filter circulating properly.
- Keep all equipment in good repair.
- Chemical customers, make sure your filters are clean!
- Brush pool frequently especially during hot months. Once a week may not
always be enough. - Please call immediately if you notice any growth starting in your pool .
- There are now Mineral packs, such as Pool RX, to help your pool stay clear and
to avoid algaecide treatments.
